ATLANTA (CBS Atlanta/AP) — Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Friday that there is “no specific option right now” for the millions of Americans who are losing their health coverage due to President Barack Obama’s signature health care law.
Speaking at an event at an Atlanta medical center, Sebelius stated that the Obama administration is looking at options to help the people who are losing their coverage because it does not meet the minimum standard of the law.
“So we’re looking at a number of options where there may be an opportunity for that number of people to look at plans that they have right now. But there isn’t any specific proposal at the table immediately,” Sebelius said, according to Reuters.
